Developing Fire Emergency Response Plan ( 2 DAYS)
Overview: Knowledge on preparedness of response towards an anticipated fire event in the premises to be able to effectively response to fire emergency.
Content: Evaluation of fire safety awareness and response level of occupants, emergency response team organization chart and task profile, system’s functionability checklist, fire drill post mortem report, statutory requirements with regards to emergency response (Fire Services Act 1988 (Act 341, UBBL 1984, Relevant Standards and Codes of Practices), etc.
Fire Safety Auditing (Fire Prevention / Fire Protection) ( 2 DAYS)
Overview: Knowledge on a systematic and comprehensive evaluation of a building, facility, or premises to assess its level of compliance with fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
Content: Understanding fire safety systems coordination between organizations, quality management system against fire safety system, statutory & BOMBA requirements, auditing method and evidence collection, audit list preparation, etc.
Fire Safety Management ( 2 DAYS)
Overview: Knowledge on practices and procedures to reduce the risk of fire and ensure a timely and effective emergency response. Includes the process of implementing measures to reduce the risk of fires and ensure the safety of people and property in case of a fire.
Content: Fire prevention, protection and control, familiarization with firefighting system, fire safety in buildings, passive fire safety system, fire detection, fire risk assessment, emergency action plans, evacuation drills and fire extinguisher training, etc.
Crisis Management (Before & After Fire)( 1 DAY)
Overview: Knowledge on the application of strategies designed to help an organization deal with a fire event including procedures to defend, mitigate and prevent a fire. Including anticipating the types of disasters that are likely to affect them, and to think of ways to reduce the impact, or prevent altogether.
Content: crisis management, fire emergency, fire emergency management, early warning detection system, emergency response plan and team, damage containment, recovery, learning and reflection, etc.
ERT/ERP Training for Building Fire Safety (FERT) ( 2 DAYS)
OVERVIEW: Fire Emergency Response Team (FERT) training is a specialized program designed to equip personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively to fire-related emergencies within a building. This training is often conducted as part of a broader Emergency Response Team (ERT) or Emergency Response Plan (ERP) framework.
