Overview: Knowledge to help develop the skills to communicate effectively with audiences/public as well as method and practice to articulate oneself clearly.
Content: Overview of public speaking, planning your speech, presentation techniques (visual/multimedia use), presentation delivery skills, techniques of good public speaker, speech-fillers, tone and confidence, etc.
Overcoming Psychological and Emotional Triggering At Workplace ( 1 DAY)
Overview: Knowledge on fundamental process of emotional responses that occurs in brain that affects the body. Methods of controlling emotional response based on decision-making and not on impulse.
Content: Human behavior emotions and fundamental effects, Anxiety-Depression and core effects, symptoms of emotional response and its effects, why bullying affects an individual negatively, the effects of emotional disorder when not treated or prolonged, team building games.
Tonality in Communication for the 21st Century Hospitality Industry ( 3 DAYS)
Overview: Knowledge on developing confidence for effective communication and negotiating skills to create structured communications and identifying the right tonality to properly communicate with employees and customers in hospitality industry.
Content: The definition and constructive use of tonality in communication for the hospitality industry, the tonality in para-language in managing customer care for the hospitality industry, the methodology of organizational behavior and communicative psychology for customer care resolution, identifying human emotions that are triggered by tonality in communication for the hospitality industry, the resolution of tonality affecting buying behavior of customers using emotional response through communication.
